Agile Arbor Tree & Environmental Services recently had the pleasure of visiting the Kosciuszko National Park. Along the track to Yarrangobilly Caves, New South Wales, Australia. There were several dead and decayed Eucalyptus regnans, commonly known as Mountain Ash. These towering trees can grow to approximately 85 meters tall. Along with a few Eucalyptus fastigata (another extremely tall tree) the boys had their work cut out.
The trees were felled to maintain safe access to the caves. We used our excavator to clear the road of any debris, placing them off the track to biodegrade and continue to support the surrounding ecosystem.
After completing the job the boys decided to get some R&R. Visiting the caves and having a swim in the thermal pool. We highly recommend visiting this beautiful part of the world!
